Analysis of Fungal Diversity before and after Discoloration of Rubberwood in Xishuangbanna

The discoloration problem of rubber wood caused by the fungi has degradation and greatly reduced its economic value, prevention control have become top priority basic research on protection modification. To determine fungal community diversity dominant groups before after wood, nine samples were subjected to ITS sequencing using Illumina high-throughput technology. results showed that detected communities comprised 5 phyla, 18 classes, 58 orders, 137 families, 218 genera, 297 species. Discoloration is not a single species, with genera for discolored being Huntiella, Ceratocystis, Acremonium undiscolored Phomopsis. Furthermore, diversity, uniformity species distribution, richness found be higher than those wood. In conclusion, understanding change trends in structure these essential studying biological rubberwood discoloration.
